Sealed Proposals will be received at the Niagara County Department of Management & Budget, Division of Purchasing, Philo J. Brooks County Office Building, 59 Park Avenue, Lockport, New York 14094, and said proposals will be opened at the same address for:
RFP 2026-02:
Development of Emergency Communication Tower Site for Niagara County Sheriff's Office at 2:00 PM on February 5, 2026
Late proposals will be returned, unopened to contractor. All proposals shall be accompanied by a non-collusion statement in order to be considered.
The Request for Proposal, (RFP) is available at no charge and must be downloaded at https://www. bidnetdirect.com/new-york. Vendors will need to register before downloading. Questions regarding this bid may be directed to Division of Purchasing, Philo J. Brooks County Office Building, 59 Park Avenue, Lockport, New York 14094, at 716-439-7210, Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 am and 4:00 pm.
Proposals shall remain firm for a period of sixty (60) days following the date of the bid opening.
The County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any informality in proposals, to accept the proposal in part or as a whole.
