Separate sealed PROPOSALS, for the ROYALTON-HARTLAND CENTRAL SCHOOL DISTRICT 2024 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT - PHASE 1 - to be awarded under five contracts, #103-P1 General Trades Work, #107-P1 Roofing Work, #122-P1 Plumbing Work, #123-P1 HVAC Work and #126-P1 Electrical Work, consisting of work at all three schools in the District: restroom and office renovations, auditorium seating replacement, partial roof replacement, elevator refurbishment, sitework, and HVAC, plumbing, and electrical upgrades and expansions, and other miscellaneous work. Bids will be received by Jessica Landers at the Royalton-Hartland Central School District, at the District Office in the back of the High School Building at 54 State Street, Middleport, NY 14105 on Monday, November 24, 2025, until 3:00 pm local time, at which place and hour they will be publicly opened and read aloud.
