NOTICE TO BIDDERS Notice is hereby given that the Orleans/Niagara Board of Cooperative Educational Services is conducting an online auction for the Sale of a Tool Shed. Items can be seen and bid on through www.auctionsinternational.com. Orleans/Niagara BOCES-NY #32947interested parties may logon to www.auctionsinternational.com to see photos and descriptions of the sheds. The auction is open to the public, and there is no charge to register to bid on the website. Registered bidders can place bids and track items. The auction firm charges a ten percent (10%) buyer premium over the high bid, plus applicable sales tax on the item QUESTIONS&INSPECTION: Please contact Matt Anastasi at 716-444-1507. This item CANNOT be shipped. Buyer solely responsible for removal within 10 business days from the seller's premises. This item is sold “AS-ISâ€, “Where-isâ€, with NO guarantees, neither implied or written. Items left on seller's premises after the designated pickup deadline are subject to repossession by the seller. Payment due immediately upon notification of seller approval by email invoice, 12-24 hours after the seller approves the bid. After you receive the invoice, you'll have (4) business days to get your payment mailed to our office, or your account will be suspended, and the item will be awarded to the back-up bidder, or re-listed. For payments made with cash, money order, ACH check, guaranteed funds (cashier's check, bank check, certified check) or cash directly deposited into a Citizens Banks a discounted buyer's premium of 10% will be added to the high bid price. For payments made by wire transfer; a transaction fee of $15.00 will be added on top of the discounted 10% buyer's premium to cover the bank service charge.
